- IAm Ex Leader Of Hospital And Serverd As High Command In Police Department So I Have Extensive Knowledge Of Leadership And Organisation
• Needs Changes !!
When I joined the police force after completing my hospital leadership, there was a need to change many things there I Will Change Or Implement Them If I Get Chance. (Ex:Bonus System , Police Teams etc.)
• Develop Organisation

To improve roleplay & Maintain The Rp
• Weekly special training sessions should be held.
• The city should be divided into "Four Zones" (North ,South ,West , East ) an High Command officer should be Appointed for each zone. For An Example ( Officer James Take Charge In East Zone So He Ans His Team Responsible For That Zone's Law & Order )
• Need To Change Something's in Ranks
• A security system should be Created And Maintained For Government Officials ( Governer , Minister,Judge Etc.). And Vip's
There are many more changes needed in this department. If I were the leader, I would implement all of these quickly.
