2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?
Ans.
• I want to Become The Leader Of pd Because I have Much Experience of high command in state organisations In Grand rp Pc en2 and I also Have In rp grand as a High command in pd, The Police Department (pd) is important for keeping the city safe and reducing crime, as they have control over the city. Many citizens begin their careers as state employees through the pd, which makes it a key part of the community. I want to become the leader of the pd to train new officers, help them grow in their jobs, and improve their skills. My goal is to make the city safer and ensure that everyone can live in peace.
• I have a strong communication and bond with a lot of good experienced legal org members in the city. So, I think we as a team can contribute a lot for our PD term and manage all the events in a better way. With all this experience, our main focus will be on improving the past problems which PD faced as an organization in previous terms, so I feel that I can do this work as being the leader of the organization.
• As leader working in this RP project I can experience and develop more RP than a normal officer. Also as a leader I can enjoy the RP role play of leader its too good for my legal organization experience collection. Also this will be also goosd to do some RP with other organizations leaders with proper professionalism.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans.
1. I will improve the skill of my Deputy Director-s and 28th rank holders.
2. I will improve the departmental goal and make them more active than before.
3. I will improve all the RP commands so that officers don't get issue to use that.
4. I will arrange Arena trainings everyday to improve officer's skills.
5. I will work on giving knowledge about RP rules to all my members so that they can learn about it and stay alert from OOC punishment and can enjoy their RP moments properly.

Department which I am planning to implement in my term are as following
Human Resources and Training : This department will focus on hiring and training purposes of the organization.
SWAT : This department will consist of specially trained police officer for the field work and will lead other members of the organization in any situation.
Internal Affairs : This department will handle all the internal matters of the organization that includes all members license checkup, disciplinary actions, regular background checks, and members can also share if they are having any problem in the org with this department.
Traffic Enforcement Unit: This units known as TEU works for pd and makes sure that their is not crime and they mainly roams in the city and gives fines, Bust criminals and a lot of activity in city.
