2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans:
(i) Experience in leadership: I am the deputy chief of Hospital organisation, so I know how to manage and lead a state organisation. As the deputy I handle most of my chief's work so I gained a lot of experience from that. I am friends with the ex chief of police, so I know how the police department works and what's most important for their development.
(ii) Roleplay Experience: I have one of the best rp experience in the city. I organised a lot of roleplay events in the hospital(check up, surgery etc.),I hosted collaborative events too with other state organisations. I know how to introduced more rp in the police department.
(iii) Passion to server the city: I want to make a great police team to serve the city and its laws. A department which will enforce law on every citizen equally without any discrimination. The police department would be the role model of Law enforcers if I get the leadership of police. I'm not just saying anything, I will show it practically when I get leadership.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
(i) Regular Roleplay Training sessions: I would hire the most experienced deputies and high commands, who has knowledge of rp. They will host weekly rp training sessions to teach all of our employees and high commands how to handle a rp situation properly and realistically. They would also teach our trainees about roleplay in their training. For this I will make the best trainers in police department.
(ii) Roleplay Events: I would host a lot of of realistic roleplay events relevant to police work(e.g. crime scenes, interrogation, special operations). I would work cooperatively with other state organisations to make collaborative rp events. My high commands will manage these events properly to make the best rp experience for everyone.
(iii) Making a good hierarchy and taking feedbacks: I would implement clear and understandable roles and responsibilities for each and every employees and high commands. This would ensure that all of pd members understand their work and be better at thier job. I would take feed backs from my employees and high commands to make our organisation better. Because they will feel valued if I respect their opinions.
