My name is Lazy yt, In this complain I want to just know the reason that why my application for leadership of any organisation is rejecting with the same reason " We are not looking for a leader with your specifications" and This is not first time. Now the application of leadership for police department are open I applied for the leadership three times and three times my application got rejected with this reason "we are not looking for a leader with your specifications" , I also wrote answers of the question given in the format correctly and when I am getting this reason for the first time I thought that my answers would be not right or it is low effort that's why they are giving this reason but I again try my best to make again reject and same reason given by the admin. So, I want to just know the reason why it is happening with me what's the problem with my application that's it. Please check my complaint and answer me.
