  1. To improve RolePlay, adding more structured and immersive missions that require tactical thought and cooperation will keep players engaged and invested in the narrative.
  2. Frequent in-character training sessions and events where possible will mean that members have the chance to grow into their characters and make meaningful relationships in-game.
  3. Creating a structure of roles and responsibilities within the game, as well as RolePlay rewards for excellent RolePlay, will ensure that people take it seriously, and more than anything else, this creates competition but also support between members.
