He was once in a relation with someone, but unfortunately, their relationship suffered due to Saad Akbar's demanding schedule and the demands of their HP duties, ultimately leading to their break up.

One day a doctor named Jane Vjne saw Saad Akbar helping patient in the hospital. She thought that Saad Akbar would be a great doctor, so she told him to join the hospital. Saad Akbar joined hospital, gave interview and took his training from his senior and mentor Kavi Tamil. He started learning everything very quickly and doing his work really well. He was getting good promotions and bonuses, soon he became really popular within the hospital and the city of san andreas. He made a lot of powerful friends. Like Mr marlega (FBI director), Rich Michael (ex governor), Zxarther (ex governor) etc. Soon he was selected for high command exam. He gave the exam and certified as a high command of the hospital. Then he started getting promotions and he became Chief of HR and then in the next term of hospital, under the leadership of Shadow Bhavay he became the deputy chief of hospital. He is working really hard as a deputy now. He also has friendship with a lot of gangster. Which made him feel very powerful and sometimes commit a crime.
The only outcome/perk:
1 - Being able to perform any illegal activities only while you are not on duty (you still have to follow the rules of the server)
