2.Why do you want to be the leader of the central police department ?( give three reasons with explanation)
Ans. I want to be the leader of the central police department because
1. I'm very well conversed with the rules & regulations of the police department. So I can guide train my subordinates very well to serve the people & control the law & order situation effectively and also I have good past experience in pd.
2. I have a natural investigative mind & thereby I can help my team of the PD in nabbing the actual criminals & solving any difficult case.
3. As a leader I can frame good & full proof strategies to make the PD very active in every aspect, be it in normal traffic control, law & order maintenance, criminal investigation or helping the people in distress.
2. Your advice for improving Role play in the organisation
Ans. My Advice for improving Role play in the organisation are -
1. Human resource team - I will make a good human resource team which will take interviews at a particular time given by me to join the citizens in the police department. And also they will look after the junior officers that they are maintaining proper duty and warehouse logs or not.
2. Ranking system - I will make new and lesser ranks so that the officers don't get confused with the ranks .
3. Rules and regulations: I will make some rules for the officers like the gun's access to the officer according to their ranks and junior rank officers can't go for patrolling alone there should be a senior officer with them like this I will make some rules for the organisation.
4. Swat department - I will also make a swat department which will only go for special and tactical missions. There will be a different application for the officers to join the swat department.
5. Investigation department - Also there will be an investigation team which will solve and investigate critical to critical cases .
6. Patrolling department - There will be a different department for patrolling where patrolling agents will go on patrol according to their time schedule .
7. Weekend rewards and meetings - There will be weekend meetings where the officers will get promotion and rewards according to their performance.
I will also take suggestions from my good officers and my deputy to make this organisation the best organisation and also make it the safest city for all.
