2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. One day I was playing rp grand and i noticed glitches so i asked the administrator about this so they said to re intall game and re installing I lost my account i applied technical issue application but nothing happenes so on that exact day i passed the interview and application of police my friends said police organisation is bad luck to you so on that day i make my mind that i have to convert my bad luck to a good luck so in this process i again joined police with my new account but because of irl problem i was unable to play game because of it was not updated so i cleared application and interview of police and i was unable to get role but now it is okay i can play game the thing was i accidentally recharge my mobile with 1 gb data plan and it will over at 10 jan and i think till then everything will be ok.............................................................................

I also have experience in many organisations like in old lost account in army , hospital , viper hc( og viper) and i have successfully passed application and interview of police and in new account i have experience in media and in government too and in old account i also have given interview for leader but all get failed.sir I am well experienced player in city I know sir if I become this organisation leader then will get feared to will get feared and If any gang attack on city or try to rob i I will simply do that type of attack they will remeber it for life time. I will increase the security of police and also I can swear I will not talk to anyone roughly , I know how bad they feel if anyone talks them rudely
3. My goal is fixed and my target is straight and if I got selected interview so i will never ever get this chance from my hand . And i will give my 100 percent to this chance . I also have a lot of experience in the game because in my lost account my level was 8 and i also have leadership experience in irl life and I also have very good communication skills too.And will try to make big achievement in police. And I also know the speed in which police is becoming strong and I will make it more and more strong with the help my co - operative members of police and together we will make this organisation best in the city of RP GRAND.I have also been leader of many things in real life such as class monitor, school head boy , school discipline caption, school sports captain and many more I know how to make a person happy with my words .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I have seen many problems in police like chief
Janodi never respond when I lost my account so i want to join pd but my level was 1 only contacted administrator so they said we can't do anything ask leader about this so i contacted janodi sir but he never respond so i thought on that if i become leader of police i will never ever behave like this on that time i really need him but he never respond. And i will help each member of the organisation and normal citizens too.
This can help a lot to increase roleplay in game.
Secondly , I will also conduct regular events and change the ranking system of police officers and i will also try to supply bulletproof vests for my officers so that if any mishap occurs they can save people from gangsters and from bad people.
This can also help to improve roleplay in game.
Thirdly, i will change the clothes for my officers and it will be a good looking clothes so that my officers have self satisfaction that they are a police officer and they can work Happy .
This will also increase roleplay in the game.
I will never disrespect any officer and make a rule that if it found that this man is disrespecting officers i will give them strict punishment because I have experience of anyone disrespect us it hurts a lot.
My last point to increase roleplay in game is to increase the officers in police and also this will make police a best organisation in the city and i will also provide proper ammunition and force to the officers so that if any mishapping occurs in the city th
