- Why do you want to become an assistant?
I want to become an assistant because I want to help the administration team, i want to help our citizens specialy new citizen who don't know how to join rp and i want to contribute in administration of rp grand i want to be a good assistant of admin and if I become assistant I will definitely do my weekly quotes complete and want to be curator assistant too in-future if it's possible and i can apply for admin and contribute more in administration team. I have experience as a moderator of madout games and i have good knowledge of discord server management if I have permission i will try to setup good management and i get some knowledge about threads and forms of rp grand too.
- What are your strengths?
I can easily understand the conditions,I can remember anything quickly,I work with proofs, I support teamwork
- What are your biggest weaknesses?
stuck sometime while speaking in VC, easily trust on anyone, sometime help people who don't need help, lack of patience.
- Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
it's my exam once in 3 months but I will manage it.
- How you communicate with admins ?
I Always respect our admins,chief admins and curators i will always follow their commands I will work within the limits. Always kind and simple assistant for admins.
- If two players are doing debate without anh reason then how will you solve it and give punishment?
first of all I will check the condition how it started who started it and what happened wrong so they start debate after checking and taking specific proofs if I have right to punish i will according to rules otherwise I will send it to admins.
- If an admin misuses his power then what can you do?
I am assistant of admin so I can't do ourselves anything and if I have valid proofs I will send it to senior admin or chief admin for checking because without proofs we can't do anything.
