Ans- 1) I have been serving This Organisation from last 3 terms and have much experience of how all the ins and outs of this organisation work plus i can do alot as a leader to provide rp to the players who join.
2) This Organisation is prone to getting new rp players so i can provide great education regarding rp as well as organisation to the new players
3) Being the leader of PD i can collaborate with different state & non state leaders to make the rp interesting.

Ans - I would like to focus on the training programs of the organisation since training is the only which would make the raw talent into a professional and perfect officer .
