2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. I have some skills which others might have or not like experience ic and ooc both, experience and my on duty hours and respect between my fellow officers.
I understand what the presence of a Great Chief can do to the Police department, one who is active among his cadets, one who leads them, one who talks to them, one who tries to understand them. Even as a High Command, my presence made a great impact on the soldiers at the lower ranks and other officers around
2.My suggestion for enhancing RP in the organization would be to start with the FTO department by ensuring that those who work there are familiar with the server's rules. As well as comprehend the interactional and organizational rules. If I am elected the Police department eader, this will be my primary concern. Being a leader, I want to be a leader, but I also want to enhance role-playing within the organization, fostering a sense of stability among those who choose to join and so removing strikes and organization warnings. If elected as Police department leader, I will do everything in my power to succeed alongside my colleagues and citizens. I intend to make a difference as a leader, not just to become one.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
1.I will make certain chances like make Divide the HRT into two parts, like first part will be for recruiting and managing promotions list, roster etc which will be HUMAN RESOURCE and other Part will be FTO department which will provide field Training to all trainee & rookies and make sure no one is left behind and on the other hand I will also make sure HR conducting high volume of open recruitment so that every citizen who desire to serve as a Police department will get that , and will always keep the open doors to potential units. And We will make sure that Police department maintain a high and decent activity. I know lately we had experienced some severe issue in HRT, which we at the end tried out best to overcome and we did implemented new methods and way to fix HRT which was working and we are improving and still there is room for improvement, and in my term if I get it ,this HRT issue I have trust will be overcome by carrying our current implementations and more enhance
2.A well maintained relationship with all the other LEO organizations; GOV, FBI and NG All LEOS working together as one Team is necessary to succeed in keeping the state crime free for the citizen. This can be done with more leader meetings and joint training operations this will help all orgs better their RolePlay Standards which can improve the citizens level of immersion across the board.
3. Police Department should be the closest and most transparent organization to the citizens of the city. This is why I will be implementing public relations into the police department to stay in contact with citizens of Los Santos. Publishing press releases and giving speeches to the press regularly to update citizens and showing what LSPD is doing in its daily duties. Also, we will be arranging some public meetings once or twice in a week to meet citizens and listen to their needs. This way, I can improve the rp experience in the organization and interact with our beloved citizens. Thanks to my skilled IA department, I will be staying in touch with the public constantly.
4.I will make sure all the employee of Police department will be in good terms with the server rules and give respect to each other. I will also include a new way to motivate people to come on duty more often. I will also make sure all the new employee who joins get a good training and make sure they climb up the ranks faster. I will also make sure the patrol logs are filled properly and make sure to bring the best officer to the organization which can help me in running the organization smoothly.
