1.With my experience as a Deputy Minister in a government organization and Director in the media I have developed strong leadership skills and strategic thinking. I have led teams through complex challenges built solid foundations and managed high pressure situations. As the leader of Inferno Gang I will bring that same mindset to create a disciplined well organized group focused on success and growth.
2.Having served as a Captain in the police and a Lance Corporal in the Army Spec Ops unit I understand the importance of structure teamwork and making quick decisions under pressure. These experiences have shaped my ability to handle difficult situations and lead with authority ensuring that Inferno Gang can operate smoothly and efficiently no matter the challenges we face.
3. As a member of Liberty OG and the DoD in EMS I have seen firsthand how loyalty and strong bonds can elevate a group. I believe in fostering a sense of community and trust ensuring that each member feels valued. 1- Ensure every member knows their role and follows Ghetto General Rules and gang guidelines.
2- Schedule regular gang events and missions like territory takedowns to keep RP engaging.
3- Promote respect for personal RP boundaries and avoid powergaming and metagaming.
4- Encourage unique character backstories while staying within the Gang Code.
5-Strengthen teamwork through gang channels and align actions with Inferno Gang values.
