Leader for......= Inferno
• I want to be the leader of inferno because I love gangs , I worked in every gang as high posts also . I know all the rules , I can handle gang more efficiently. I will work hard for the inferno and make it in the top . I worked in inferno as kidnapper rank . I know all the rules and I will definitely make the gang best . And I will become the best ever leader of inferno . In my term inferno will be the best of four gangs .
Reasons ->
• I have a lot of experience in role play and gangs .
• I can handle the gang more efficiently as a leader , I have leadership qualities .
• I know all the rules , I will work as per rules and there will be not complaint against inferno or any mamber of gang . Because I will train them and tell them all the rules .
• I have a lot of role play qualifications I did work in every organisation, gangs also . My role play experience is in on the peak I know all the role play rules so there will be no complaint against vipers in my term. I will definitely create my term the best term and give my 100% to do so. I will available 24 hours for the gang and also train the newcomers in the gang . I will become the best leader of liberty.
Advice for improving role play in organisation ->>
Ans:
(i) Knowledge of all the rules : I will give my mambers the knowledge of all the rules so that they not break any rule and if they not break any rule it will lead to the repotation and loyalty of the organisation.
(ii) Be active in IC and OCC both : the mambers of gang will be active in occ and ic both active so we and do events more efficiently. And also give them training in both occ and ic . So that they know everything about the game and organisations.
(iii) Organising events : organising events in the organisation so that the mambers of gang will be in the rush of be the best gang mambers I will organise events and make the gang mambers happy . And if they are happy then I am happy and if I am happy then gang will be best .
(iv) Create proper check on everyone : I will create a proper check on everyone. Will make the organisation mambers sensitive and loyal. I will make a proper check on them . Punish them for bad work and also promote them for their good works .
(v) Making strict rules : I will make strict rules in the organisation so that it's mambers would be more active , helpful , good nature and have knowledge of all the rules .
(vi) No discrimination among mambers : there will be no discrimination among the mambers of organisation, everyone in the organisation will get proper respect and good oppertunities according to their works .
(vii) Making it the best gang : in my term I will definitely make vipers the best gang ever in rp grand . With my experience and with its loyalty , work , experience of mambers , skills and hard work .
