I Have Worked In Ems For About 2 Terms In En3 Server as a high command so on 27 Rank And next I have been a leader of gang so I got my Good Leadership Skills I can complete the term without any warnings.
• Leadership Qualities
I think if I become leader I will be the best leader ever . My Leadership Qualities are very great . I know how to manage things perfectly . I never discriminate people . If ever there is a fight I listen to both the perspective of the story and then only take action
• I can create New Opportunity for citizens who are seeking for a job . I have my best deputies on work ( Shadow) and ( Divi) they can even take care of the term with a proper Way.

• Giving out proper bonus system to keep employees motivated for the work hours they put in to our organization. This will lead to more active units.
• as a leader of this organisation, I will be holding events once per week to create some fun environment because I strongly believe that there is a huge demand to create more fun Hospital besides the unit on duty in the hospital
•I will Create a Mental Health Department in EMS where people can book therapy sessions through the hospital email. They’ll get a scheduled time to talk to a therapist about their issues, creating a realistic space for mental health support within the RP.
