Additional information
1. Leader for Media
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
a) I've worked at Media for the last quite time, and I'm currently the Chief Operating Officer. I understand the organization's policies, which is something I think every leader should know. I have worked in a variety of divisions and have a solid foundation in advertisements. I've been actively participating in the advertisement team lately.
b) It is easy to see my great qualities and my innate drive to manage and lead people. I have a strong work ethic, a dedication to professionalism, a lot of patience, and the exceptional ability to motivate and get the best work out of my team, so pursuing a leadership position has the potential to be very fulfilling for me professionally. In addition, my readiness to help anyone who is struggling or in need of assistance demonstrates my commitment to creating a cooperative and effective work environment.
c) I have over two years of experience as a leader and administrator in various role-playing projects, so I know what a leader should do in particular situations, how to conduct interviews and interact with others in a professional manner, how to interact with people, and how to stay calm at all times. I listen to every employee and take their feedback carefully, and I am a very calm person as a leader should be.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I planned to begin by aiming to hire more employees to join the journalism and creative departments. Especially, I prefer the journalism team to be more involved. Also, I would make sure that the AD team has enough staff to do the job well, but not so many that employees can hardly meet their weekly minimum requirements. In order to create new opportunities for those who are now employed and would like to work in media.
Appropriate training for employees in every department is another topic I would like to focus on. I believe there will be fewer errors and strikes if we spend more time and energy in staff training from the beginning. Along with my staff, I would develop an effective training program for new hires that would not only make learning simpler for them but also cover all the subjects and skills they need to know to succeed in their role.
In addition, I would like to speak with the leaders of other organisations and urge them to use media to their advantage. The media, in my opinion, may help raise awareness of all the different aspects of work in such organisations and give them a wide range of possibilities for hiring candidates seeking positions in which they would develop.
