2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1. So it has been two or Three months since i have started playing in Rp Grand. And my first Organisation is Hospital becuase I love to work as a doctor and if I talk about my experience I learn everything about hosiptal and have enough experience right now I am serving as a Division Chief. EMS in my opinion is the best organization in the city and I would be honored to represent it.
2. I worked under Bose Pandi Sir and have a very great moment with Sir and I learned a lot from this term. I started my journey in Hospital as trainee and being a Division Chief now. where i have completed my 1 terms and serving the organization in 2nd term.My major interest in EMS is it a friendly organization that never declines to serve people and I would be honored to represent it
3. Experience in Grand RP: So I am playing Grand rp from last 2 years and. And I Joined EMS there at 8 January 2024 and I stay 7 terms there and served 3 terms Division Chief and 3 Term Chief Of Staff. So that's a very good point for me because I have so much experience and ideas which I can implement in Rp Grand Hospital to make is best.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
* I will recruit good FTO who can give good training to all the Employes.
Special structure will be given to all the FTO's so that they can take good training.
* The medkit will be restocked, and health checks for every legal organization will be conducted every week.
* A suitable High Command team for Any Rp Situations will be formed and will respond to the situation as soon as possible!
