2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans:
(i) Experience in Leadership:
As I am already a high command in the hospital. My rank is chief of human resources. And ever since I started playing the game I worked in the hospital for 2 months. That's why I have a lot of knowledge about how the hospital runs and I have experience in managing both HR(human resources) as the chief and I have worked in FTO(Field training officer) team. I have handled critical roleplay situation and ensured high quality care in the hospital . I know how to handle a group of people. I will be able to lead the hospital efficiently and better than others with my experience in the hospital and leadership skills.
(ii) Attachment and Commitment to the hospital:
As I have worked for 2 months in the hospital, I have a deep and family type of connection with the hospital. I'm committed to the hospital's mission of providing the best healthcare to citizens. If I become the leader it would allow me to implement policies and strategies to enhance the healthcare, communication with patients and communication between the employees and high commands.
(iii) My Vision and Planning for hospital:
I will make the best high command team to lead and inspire the employees. I will make a great structure for HR team and FTO. The HR team will make new and better questions for interviews with my permission. I will put high commands who can train our freshers in the best possible way, with new strategies for training in the FTO team. Also we will give proper roleplay training to our employees so they will be able to handle and react appropriately in rp situations. Together we will make the healthcare as best as possible.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
(i) RP Events in The Hospital:
We will conduct high command meeting to introduce new and fun rp events. We will do check ups of other organisation every week. We would try make more rp accidents, terrorist attacks, gang raids every situation where healthcare would be needed.
(ii) Collaborating with other organisations:
We would contact with other organisations to make rp situations together collaboratively. By working together with other organisations we would have good communication and connection with them. That would represent the unity of state organisations.
(iii) Roleplay with Patients:
With patients request we will do operations, health check ups, tests( e.g. X-ray, MRI, CT Scan) etc. We will teach our employees and high commands to properly do these.
(iv) Proper RP Training Session:
I will teach our high commands first how to do proper roleplay then they will give training to all of our employees. Then all of our employees and high command would be able to react to RP situations properly and make realistic and proper RP situations(e.g. How to do operations, check up, tests in action chat). We will make a guide in pdf file also.
