While playing a match "family raid" was killed by somebody, not abiding, by the 15 minute new life rule.
I posted the video and was told that I was also going to be banned, because I was using a bug.
Nowhere in the files have I seen anywhere that says a bug was me laying down with the sleep emoji.
If I had of known this was against the rules, I would never have done it!
They went ahead in put my name under a different forum and said I'm being banned for 14 days. I'm not even involved in that forum. ( GR6.20 /threads/2313 )
I think it is rather unfair we are making an example out of people with rules that were never even posted in the 1st place.
Had I ever been told laying prone to be a smaller silhouette was against the rules I never would have done it.
I don't get in trouble in this game. You can look at my previous history. The only thing I am in trouble for was. There was the paint factory I was in a battle.
Before the fighting was supposed to start, a player ran up to me and started shooting at me. And I avoided being killed, then I returned fire, the only POV that you all got was me, killing him after he started shooting at me.
If we are following american law, then I am falsely being imprisoned by this game... i am also falsely being detained from accessing this game for article one
Article 1 of Criminal Law states that no act is punishable without a pre-existing law, and that in the case an act was punishable but the law was changed after the criminal act the "most favorable" (to the suspect) of the two laws will apply. In Civil Law there is no such provision.
Please creators, if there is an issue with this game, can we please fix the issue and not attack the player for a rule that was never once given.
