Ans:
(i) My Vision For A Modern And Developing City: I want the city of RP Grand to be a safe and economically strong city. I will focus on improving the security to make our city crime free for our citizens, A fair and true Justice system, and best healthcare.
(ii) My Experience In Leadership: Currently I am a high command in Hospital. So, I have a great experience in leadership, decision making and managing groups of people efficiently. I can make the government and state organisations much better with my leadership skills. Also I'm aware of the different departments and their duty in the government.
(iii) My commitment to True and fair justice and community growth: I will make our Department of Justice better. So, every citizen will get true justice and criminals will face a strict punishment. I will make sure that no illegal thing happens in our city. Nothing wrong will go under my leadership. Also I will focus on our citizens economical growth and education. I will support all of the state organisations. And I will focus on our city's sustainability, ecosystem and our healthcare system.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
Ans:
(i) Hosting new fun and interesting RolePlay events: I will host a lot of fun and interesting RP events in the government and in the city. For example: I will host award functions for both organisations and citizens, I will host charity events and festivals like new year, Halloween etc if the it is possible in the game to encourage citizens to participate in RP events.
(ii) Helping other organisations in their RP events: I will help and encourage other organisations to host rp events also. Also I can make the government as a mediator for other state organisations. And I will try my best to do everything in IC instead of OOC ways. So, the RP will be better.
(iii) Roleplay Training: I will teach all government employees and other state organisation employees to do RP correctly and not to talk about OOC things in IC.
