2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1) I am to applying for leadership of government as I am best for it as I am of EX- LT GENERAL of army which helps me to understand how to run and manage organisation I know how keep track on officials I had done many operations as LT. General so I know how to manage and lead an team for any operation in army I had learned everything about managing an organisation i learnt that a good leader always be available for their organisation members
2) I had good knowledge of penal codes and laws as I was Ex- HoD of FBI and Ex- Assistant commisioner of police department ik how everything about law enforcement ik how FBI and PD works so it would be easy for me as a governor to keep checking that law enforcement organisation are working properly or not
In FBI I had learnt the importance of procedure
3) Last and major point I had worked as Deputy governor of government from wich ik everything about government ik how to run government I had managed many inspections and events wich makes me confident for Governor post + Ik all server rules and I had thought to bring some changes in government to tackle problem of Internal conflicts

By Holding Regular Meetings I will Organize weekly cabinet meetings with department heads to discuss weekly reports,issues and updates. Make these meetings public when appropriate to increase citizen engagement. By
Training and Motivating Leaders Work closely with department heads to ensure they’re running their teams effectively and promoting quality RP. Reward system will be best idea to boost RP
