1. Why do you want to become an admin?
Ans- I would like to be an admin, as I'm passionate about contributing to the community and ensuring it works accurately and without bias. I like helping others, solving problems, and setting up a great environment for players. I aim to improve everyone's experience by enforcing rules, solving conflicts, and supporting creative gameplay.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans- Problem-solving: I have mastered analyzing situations to find fair and effective solutions.
Communication: I can communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring transparency and understanding.
Patience: I remain calm under pressure, even when conflicts or tense situations arise.
Knowledge of the RP community: With experience in RP, I have a great understanding of rules, mechanics, and player dynamics.
Teamwork: I get along with others; I can work well with fellow admins to support one another.
3. What are your biggest weaknesses?
Ans- One of the weaker spots in my personality is sometimes I over-criticize my own work, which leads to perfectionism. I have been trying to weigh high expectations with feasibility by trying to learn from mistakes rather than just dwell on them. I do find it challenging to time myself effectively during peak hours sometimes, but I have developed techniques to prioritize tasks much better.
4. Will you be prepared to leave the RP life and join admin roles?
Ans- Yes, I'm fully prepared to go from being a player to an administrator. I understand that the role requires neutrality and objectivity. So, in this role, I will miss the RP aspects, but I will focus my attention towards supporting the community and making sure that everyone enjoys themselves fairly.
5. Are you ready to sell your business? (It is forbidden to have business whilst you are an administrator)
Ans- Yes, I agree to this rule. I'm aware of the need to avoid conflict of interest and would rather sell my business so that I could focus on the responsibility of being an additional member.
6. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment?
Ans- No, at present I have no issues which would interfere with my availability in the real world, and I have a relatively loose schedule that I can utilize to commit the time and energy required for the position.
