2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this organization?
1. I Know the Army Organization because I am working 2 term in this organization with hard working I know army rules because I am 1st term leading as a commander and next one as a Major General. As a leader will make smart decisions to help the group grow. I will make sure everyone has a role and works together well.
2. I am working 2 term in Army and I understand how it works. I want to keep it strong and make everyone feel like they belong. I enjoy working with people and helping them do their best, and as a leader, I can guide and support the team I am working with team friendly and I am active every time for helping them
3. I want roleplay to feel real and fun. I plan to create more situations where everyone can work together I am trying to my best for in this organization I also create the hype the Viper Gang in the city

My advice to improve this organisation
1. I suggest taking regular training sessions for all members to help them understand their roles better and improve the roleplay experience.
2. I am creating a new training program to help new soldiers in this organization. It will teach them important skills, and they will also learn from the training, so they can perfectly teach others with MP and OPS .
