2.1 -i have experience in government so I know how to handle situations and people and my communication skill is best and my nature is calm so I respect everyone
2.2 - I see nepotism,favouratisn and corruption in many org so In my leadership have no issues in that I build best promotion system and I am against nepotism and favoritism so who work hard he get promotion and I get feedback for my org people so I improve myself

3.1 -i create realistic bahvaior in government so it improves government and I conducte many events so my people be happy
3.2 - I appoint best employee because government is pilor of city I regularly see government people work or not and I say to org people help citizens and other state org people so make city happy and helth
3.3 - on week two time we conducte training session so new members know how work in government and I appoint many new members and some old player so old player have experience and new player have new idea so it impact in government
