2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I want to become leader of army because of several reasons
Firstly, i have a dream to become army leader and I have observed in army that these days the other payers are not respecting Lower rank player I am telling If I become leader then in my justice circle I will ensure that no one treated badly as I was treated some time ago in army by high command they didn't respect me but I respect them always .But not all of them are same some are good also.
Secondly, sir I am well experienced player in army I know sir if I become this organisation leader then gangster will get feared and If any gang attack on army base or try to rob it I will simply do that type of attack they will remeber it for life time. I will increase the security of army and also I can swear I will not talk anyone roughly , I know how bad they feel if anyone talk them rudely.
Thirdly, sir with small experience I want to become leader of army and I will combine my all experience on ex liberty, ex hospital,ex army , ex inferno and currently the hc ( Graffiti Leader) and turf member . And will try to make big achievement in army. And I also know the speed in which army is becoming strong and I will make it more and more strong with the help my co - operative members of army and together we will make this organisation best in the city of RP GRAND.I have also been leader of many things in real life such as class monitor, school head boy , school discipline caption, school sports captain and many more I know how to make a person happy with my words . I also have self confidence that I can say no one can do this work better than me.
Due to these reasons I want to become army leader.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
My advice to increase role play in game is to use vc system of discord so that players can easily communicate with each other and they didn't have to type a lot for communication.
My second advise to increase roleplay , if i will become leader I will also try to increase work for army members because it is boring to only to protect gate and there is no any fixed time when the gangster will attack that is why I will increase the work for army members and they can do their own choice of work what they want because it is too boring to refill the ammunition production. I will add some more work in army if I can't do it i will post it in suggestion section of rp grand discord server..
My third advise to increase roleplay if I will become leader then I will also give access to more cars to lower level members and will also increase the number of days to get leave so that they can reset and also work with full energy on next time .
I will give a proper ammunition to the lower level and I will make a rule that there will be always 2 guards in genral warehouse if there is sufficient amount of members in gate .
My last point to Increase role play is that i will give access to the person who take interview to Increase rank because i observed that when you give interview to rank up if you passed then they will say to meet this person he will promote your rank and there is no chance that you can find him and if i became leader then i will also make a rule to Increase the person rank as he joined because they will say that you are suspend and many thing after that they will Increase your rank. So i will say my soldiers to Increase their rank to suspended to private 3 . This will help soldiers and they will not get upset.
Through these points I think that I can increase roleplay in game.
I can become best leader of army I have enough self confidence . I know I have low experience in army but I have attacked army and know all the point that make army to lose.
