1. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation):
1.1 : I want to be a leader of government because I have qualities of leader . I also worked in government as a senior attorney and also worked in all state organisation, I have so much knowledge and experience about rp. My power is communication, through communication I able to good atmosphere in organisation and staff also likes to work in organisation because of good atmosphere.
1.2 : I have good experience of 12 years in this city and worked in various organisations in good posts and I experience that how to handle staff and organisation members, I thought that organisation members are in any post like junior post or senior post all deserves respect than the member put all the efforts for organisation. In this way good atmosphere creates in organisation.
1.3 : The government organization have 3 departments, there are USSS , justice, treasury and aside is human resource, I will try that all departments work well and do their best in the job and give services to the citizens and never discriminate among that as like junior or senior post. Always take care of atmosphere in organisation.I will try my level best to uplift the organisation and my sole aim should be uplift the organisation.

My advice is in organisation atmosphere is matters , if good atmosphere should be create in organisation than people work together and results expectations will be good and I think that junior have to respect the seniors and also seniors have to respect juniors . In this way organisation works properly. There are three departments in government, there are USSS, justice, treasury and aside is human resource. I try that all departments work nice at there post and good results will be seen by respected admins and other organisations.
