2.1 : I want to be the leader of government because I belive I have strong leadership qualities and can build good relationships with all departments and their employees within. I can communicate and understand them easily making a healthy and strong rp relationship which will lead to uphold the quality of governance provided.
2.2 : I have good experience of 21 years in this city and worked in various organisations as a highcommand. This experience has taught me how to handle any situation and make a clear decision without harming the experience of any party involved.I believe running a organisation like government would require the quality of good decision making and versatile thinking in situations.
2.3 : I also believe I can bring the divisions which are involved in government to be more active and provide their support in building the city together. I believe in ' rule together grow together ' which will also include the intrests of various organisations and citizens for the better rp experience of everyone

My advice to improve the roleplay in the organisation would be to bring all the departments involved in the government to be more active and make citizens aware that government should be their first choice to sort out IC related problems. I would like to make government more reachable to citizens and build a confidence in them.
