2.1: I want to be the leader of this gang , because I have been in this gang in the last term and I know all the rules and regulations that the gang follows and make sure everyone follows it.
2.2: I understand all the events that take place in the gangs and will make sure everyone in my gang will participate actively and enjoy the events
2.3: If I become the leader, I am sure I can manage the gang because I have good management skills and previously I was HC in an state organisation. I will make sure everyone in the gang respects each other and follow the instructions given by the seniors to maintain good situation management.

3.1: As a player from many days I can observe many players don't know rules and make many mistakes , if they join my gang I will make them understand the rules and make sure they follow them
