Ans- I Want to be the leader of the Los nomadas because of knowledge and experience in over year and in other rp game i have many experiences of leader and deputy:
(1) I have many experiences serving as under deputy for the inferno under the leadership of Rarebro Jackie sir , I have a strong understanding of the game and am well-equipped to train new players. I help them grasp the concept of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character. I also encourage my members to engage in fair RP.
(2) I have Good communication skills and it's is most important thing too and it's help in :
→Build Relationships with members
→its help in to improve members in game and in org
→it's help in motivate members then he can work
(3) With a strong knowledge of rules and cases, I can help member to understand which penal codes are applicable and which are not.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay in the organization.
Ana -For improving roleplay i will do some thing likes :
→I will see all high command there are doing good work or not and if they doing corruption in gang and take bribe then I will not going to tolerate them they will get punishment according to rules
→ I will guide new players how to join organization and what are the requirements to join organization and also guide them to learn rules.
→I will make the Deputy,highcommand,turf member and leader who is well experienced and know about ghetto properly and can lead the gang
→I will guide those who don't know what are the events and how to do events and tell what is the rules of events and raid
--> I will say that if we want to go in top then we want to be online more and more because at first we want man power to become strong of we get man power then we want to check they are unity or not and he respectfully behavior to against high command and leader this things to make your term good and best
If I become leader of this org then nobody wants to worry about my term Thankyou! for this chance
