2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 One of the main motive to become leader of Los namadas is my experience in gang.I have prevoius experience of in all gangs and i have experience of leading events and situations very well.As i have a lot of experience i want lead a gang with great deputies and the help of my all gang members.I will try to make Los namadas the most active gang in ghetto as much as possible.Ill ensure and teach all gang members about our server rules and try to dont break a single rule.

2.2 My second reason is to remove toxicity and active.Ill also remove the toxicity from the gang.In my leadership i will make gang with no violation of rules.We will take every step according to our server rule.

2.3 My third reason for becoming the leader of Los namadas is as i have good idea about the game rules ill try to lead term without
rules violation.In my leadership rank and Reqruitment system will also different.Me an my HC will recruit people by clarify that he
have knowledge about gang rules and ooc rules.I will appoint High Commands who deserve and a special interveiw will taken before appoint
anyone one as a High Command.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Recruiting people who have experience and knowledge about rules.
2. Appoint High Commands who is deserve without any favoritism.
3. Help all org member when they need.
4. Try to remove Toxicity from org
5. Rules will be not break by anyone

1) Because I have become the leader of this organization, I want to experience it once. .To grow the gang, to protect the gang members and to give them essential missions and to tell them what role to play in it, to improve the quality of the gang and how to show it above and better than the other team, in many other gangs. It was the first time in which I have handled events as a high command and because of that I have experience.

2) I will try to be online more in this city, I will respect my gang members and treat them well, I have experience of this city now, and know all the rules.

3) Any gang member who doesn't know the rules, I will explain the rules to him, after that if he needs training, I will also give him training, I will strengthen my gang, if I get selected, this will be my first expiration, I will try to stay on top of the whole sheep with my gang.
