1. Realistic Scenarios:
Roleplay Scenarios: Incorporate realistic and well-planned scenarios that depict real-life situations in which FBI agents have been involved. It could be held hostage negotiation, undercover activities, or solving some famous crimes. Realism will keep the members actively engaged and sharpen their decision-making ability.

2. Training and Workshops:
Conduct training sessions on topic-specific exercises, communication skills, and crisis management. It will fine-tune the skill-set of the members and enhance their confidence in managing respective roles in the course of roleplay exercise.

3. Open Feedback with Creativity
Ask members to share their opinions on the current role-play scenarios and ideas for innovations in future ones. This way, not only will it enhance creativity but also will make the scenarios engaging and reflective of the imagination of the team.
