(1) I have many experiences serving as under deputy for the inferno under the leadership of Rarebro Jackie sir and I have experienced in army as highcommand to , I have a strong understanding of the game and am well-equipped to train new players. I help them grasp the concept of Role Play and the importance of developing an in-game personality for their character. I also encourage my members to engage in fair RP.
(2) I have Good communication skills and it's is most important thing too and it's help in :
→Build Relationships with members
→its help in to improve members in game and in org
→it's help in motivate members then he can work
(3) With a strong knowledge of rules and cases, I can help member to understand which penal codes are applicable and which are not.

Ana -For improving roleplay i want to say that :
→I will guide new players how to join organization and what are the requirements to join organization and also guide them to learn rules.
→I will make the Deputy,highcommand,turf member and leader who is well experienced and know about genral rules properly and can lead the org
→I will guide those who don't know what are the events and how to do events and tell what is the rules of events and raid
