2.1 - I have experience in many state org so I know how to handle situations and members my communication skill is good and my nature is sweet and I respect all I get feedback from players and my org people so I improve my self and I give my best
2.2 - I am strictly against corruption and nepotism so In my leadership in fbi no issues in nepotism and corruption who work hard he get promotion i introduce easy promotion systems so good player have opportunity to become hc and i give all hard work pepole to becone hc so our org have best and hard worker hc it'seffectivein org

3.1 - in org I appoint best and sweet nature's hc and I introduce new department in hr his work take training and see performance checks. I make many department org people not faced problems
3.2 - I appoint best and experienced deputy and high command so new members not faced any problems abou org I appoint some new players and I appoint some old experienced members so new members have new ideas and old players have experience both make org in 1 level
3.3 - i am strictly against in nepotism and corruption so in our org high command is curruped so I make strict action on him I create chanel where org people case on other people and who case I not introduce his name so second time other player not give him physical and mental touches
