2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization?


My work experience as a Deputy Director Under Nelson FX Leadership of 2 terms and currently holding usss director and high command in the government. I have experience of managing varies departments like SWAT,SOG,HUMAN RESOURCES etc…

As a Leader of FBI, I am confident about my knowledge in managing majority of things as mine and my director time zones are different, as majority staff of FBI are from our time zone (IST).

I have leadership skills and communication skills as I have experience in managing the organisation. I have trained many agents and took interviews in my term and I constantly look into improving the team and establish a structured high command which effectively manage the entire organization.

3.what is your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization?

With the Imitated powers as a Deputy Director ,I have implemented some changes which gave positive results as a Leader i will implement more positive changes which gives the organisation phenomenally results .In my Last term i faced some problems regarding the FBI having low ranks. As a leader I want to change some aspects in the ranking system and I will introduce OO AGENTS (under cover agents) in FBI .

Shiva sir has done a very good job I am lucky that I got to work under him, which I enjoyed a lot. I am fully confident that Shiva Sir, under his leadership, This city will be fully protected for Criminals. I think Shiva Sir should get a chance to lead FBI Org
 
Good guy and i respect him ..he have grate potential to manage organisation..he is very hardworking also.......but he is not good for this position... as a leader , he is very week ....he cant build better enviornment for working .. ....some times he feels like short tampred and arrogent behaviour and rude also....he needs to be calm and compose...he dont know how to encourage agents ...he feels like i am the boss...thats not good thing for a leader ....I work under him for more than 1 Month...so I write these things ....
 
Shiva is not eligible for particular post for many of the following reasons:
1: Full of corruption
2: Always talk in rude behaviour
3: Never helps citizen when they want help
4: Promotes nepotism only help his family members
5: Shoot on people who are against him
6: Judge player by his level and rank in organisation
7: Never talks politely
8: Work for his own benifits
9: Fights and irritate people
10: Always threatens player which work against them


But he can be good if he stop becoming angry on small matter, playing with him is fun, never disappoint us on making me laugh
