I would like to serve as an FBI leader because of my passion for law enforcement and the pursuit of justice in a manner that fosters immersive yet fair role-play. A leader will bring strategic thinking, effective communication, and can help foster a team-oriented environment.
My goal is to ensure that the FBI leads in professionalism and integrity while it's being involved in riveting storylines that enhance experience for every person on the server. As a leader, I put forth efforts to inspire teamwork, organization, and positively make available an environment where members may thrive and give their best.
Since leaving my previous position as a Deputy of the FBI, I have learned how the organization works and maintains such quality role-play. That has happened directly through experience in running teams, conducting investigations, and working with other factions to find just the right balance between structure and creativity.

Advice for improving Roleplay in the FBI Organization :
- Create a well-structured hierarchy with defined roles (e.g., agents, detectives, negotiators, SWAT, etc.).
- Ensure everyone understands their duties, so RP scenarios flow smoothly and naturally.
- Hold regular training sessions to improve skills like negotiation, coordination, and tactical manoeuvres.
- Use in-character (IC) briefings before missions to set the tone and purpose.
- Establish clear communication channels, both IC and OOC (out of character), to streamline operations.
