2.1) Explored all events and Roleplays in Grand, want to take my rp game upgrade my role play being a leader of Los nomadas
2.2) I always love to have leadership and manage all activities in discord or providing decent gameplay being a leader following the Guidelines provided.
2.3) I have been in los nomadas in previous term. Gone through all events and rp gameplays, making me keep my eyes for all opportunities for leadership.

First we need to make sure every player know what a RP game is , why it is designed, how it works.Then we can bring and them into ORG RP easily.
