2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
First reason,I fell into leadership role when I was kid and I was really a good leader i always have been elected as the class monitor then school captain and house captain and now I want to become the leader of viper the great organisation .
I know how to talk with and when to react and how to manage situation that is why I think I think I can work as the leader of viper organisation and i also know that how to collaborate with people and make event run smoothly.
Second reason i am the ex liberty of liberty, ex army, ex hospital doctor ex los nomad. I think if i could together put my all experience then I can easily run this organisation this is the latest most know'n gang in city that is why I will like to take this position and rule the whole viper gang and i have also readed many leadership books like good to great and one or two others.
Thirdly, i will like to handle this position because I have lot of experience in game and in life also so with these experiences I wil make viper a great gang in city of rp grand and also I will respect my lower experience people of gang. And i will also request my member to collaborate with me and I will also do my best to this organisation because if I will elected as leader of viper then this will my first leadership in mobile games. And i will also increase ammunition in game of i become leader of viper
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay

My advice for improving Roleplay in game
Firstly i have seen a lot of time is spent on typing so that is why I will like to give a suggestion to my member of viper that to join discord app and there they will talk this will increase the role play in organisation.
My second advice is to organise lot of events because I have seen people are becoming boring to play same event many times so I will add more events so that players will enjoy the game and this will also increase roleplay in game.
My third advise is to provide proper ammunition to the lower level members of organisation and no hc will take over limit guns this will increase the justice in my organisation.
My fourth advice is to choose a good uniform for gang members because I have seen in los nomad that there is uniform like begger and that is why I left the los nomad and i don't want that a member of my organisation will also do like that and this led to personal satisfaction of player and will increase roleplay in game.
My fifth last advise to increase roleplay in game is to see members is equal way and no abusing is allowed in my justice circle
where no high command can give orders to lower members roughly they have to talk in respective way no matter who is the person leader of low experience member.
This can also increase roleplay in game.
