On 29 Oct I purchased pack for INR 499 but I don't recieved any rewards. After that I put forum but got and response after two days with a rejection as he said to put forum problem with payment. After waiting for another two days he replied and said add upi Id then I added and on same day he said me that ok ''I will back with my answers''
After waiting for 3 days he replied and said money is credited to you 2 days ago.
But I recieved nothing. Also I didn't payed to get money back. I need my rewards in game not refund.
And ok if you give me refund and I spend money again then what is assurance that I will get rewards.
