2. Reasons for why i want to be Leader for Liberty:-
a) I beleive I can lead Liberty very well as I was the Deputy ( Underboss ) in Liberty , i know how things work in Gang
b)I know when to stop taking more people into gang , & how to keep players engaged . In last term of Liberty, when we were the only orgs in the city the gang members had nothing to do they were not interested in taking part in gang events , So i simply introduced a Limited time event for our gang , in which they were getting bonuses for playing pf and handing over sprays to us , Also we cant a 50k grand prize on the person who will do the 50th Graffiti in the city. ( their playtime spiked like sugar level after eating sugar)
c) I have many crazy ideas for rp in which we could not only give rp to our gang but also to other organisations , i had 2-3 ideas at that time.
3. Advice for improving roleplay
a) My first and most important advise would be to all the gang hcs and leaders Please dont take everyone to the gang this ruins the entire gang rp experience (with this am not saying just take experienced people and leave the newbies) , take the ones who want to understand rp , who have the excitement ( dont take gunslayers ) , With my almost a month of gang rp and 20+ days of HC i took tons of interviews asked many situational questions in interview like ( if you are standing on road someone kills you , you are at hospital what will you do ) Ones who say ill go and kills them I just teach them the concept of RK acc. To their response to it i understand they want to learn or not i just reject or pass them based on this.
b) Interviews and promotions based rank ups is a must . reward for participating in gang is also a must
c) The forums work pretty well for the once of break rukes and do nrp , we need to educate the players to learn the rules and report nrp players at forums ( We can do it by giving announcements at dc server or maybe giving ingame notifications)
The last i just wanted to say I can bring alot on the Table , Ahmed the ex leader of Liberty gave me a chance i never let it down
