2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
I would like to take opportunity for leader of viper because of several reasons
Firstly, I am a good leader in real life and have been successful, I know how to talk , how to react in situation.I also ensure that I will provide proper ammunition to my member of organisation. I will understand the weakness of organisation and the point which make them powerful and try to make it perfect and run viper organisation smoothly. I am also ready to give my job of old job , friend etc.
Secondly, I am aware of the popularity of viper organisation these days, there are supportive members ( I have experience in viper organisation) and I want to be become leader of this organization so that we can achieve more and more and many more. As a leader i will ensure that everyone will be in my justice circle.
Thirdly ,if I will be selected as leader of Viper, I would focus on creating a collaborative and supportive environment and try to not make a big issue in small things and also be happy to together make this organisation a best one in city. I will also use my full experience of being a ex liberty member, ex doctor experience, ex army experience. I have successfully run many events smoothly. I will make a pattern where everyone feel empower.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I will suggest some point such as
We should use our vc system of discord to make game more easy the player will not get bored while playing game. Through this system he/she don't have to type a lot to talk with player's. This can improve roleplay in game.
If I became leader of viper then I will conduct regular and again and again event in every 1-2 hours. Because some players are active in morning, some in evening, some in night and they will nothing to do here so they will not play too much that's why I will conduct regular event 's.
I will a environment where no will feel that he is lower level not need to talk with high command in fear manner, and the player feel free and became friends together and give game too much time.
I will conduct regular basis of review event or made a tab where player will give there review and as a leader i will ensure that problem.
