Leaders are tasked with motivating and directing their teams while fostering a feeling of purpose and teamwork. This position empowers them to shape strategies and build resilience within the team nurturing leaders and playing a crucial role, in national security and the well being of their GRAND RP.
MY ADVICE FOR IMPROVING ROLEPLAY :
Over the years I have played The Grand RP. I ensure discipline and honesty. Hiring the army officials should be smooth. There should be a better interaction process. Role play isn't just playing the game... There should be emotions, violence and feelings till a limit.
