1. Leader for...Hospital

2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
• Experience
I’ve serving as a hospital High command like division chief and Chief of staf and Dean of Division and as a Deputy in Sahil achhada interm. These roles have given me a deep understanding of how the hospital operates on a daily basis. Beyond just holding a title, I’ve actively led and contributed high level decisions that shaped the hospital’s direction. My past experience means I won’t need a learning curve I’m ready to lead from day one.
• A Clear and Meaningful Goal
This interm i am Deputy under the sahil achhada leadership and quickly noticed that the hospital was struggling in areas I once helped strengthen. My goal is simple but powerful: to restore the hospital to its former excellence. I want to bring back the energy, structure, and effectiveness that once defined our organization and take it even further.

Building a Skilled, Reliable Team
One of my top priorities will be developing a team of confident, experienced staff. That means smarter hiring, focused training, and real support. I want every staff member to feel like they’re growing and contributing to something important. When we invest in our people, everything else RP quality, staff retention, efficiencygets better too.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization
• Always-On Staff Presence In HP
We need staff actively covering all time zones. That way, no matter when someone walks into the hospital, there’s always a friendly, capable team ready to respond. It helps the RP feel alive and consistent and we’ll never again face criticism for being inactive.

• State Inspections and Patrols Seriously
These aren’t just chores they’re key moments for immersive RolePlay and public reputation. I’d make sure our staff treat inspections and patrols as serious duties, showing full engagement. It’s these little moments that build a strong image for our hospital in the broader city.

• Regular Staff Meetings
Twice weekly meetings would give everyone a chance to voice concerns, share ideas, and stay updated. It builds trust, encourages open communication, and allows us to address problems before they grow. Strong internal communication always leads to better RP and stronger team dynamics.
