1. I want to become the leader of the Government organization because I believe I have strong and sufficient knowledge of rules and regulations. I have served in the city for more than 6 months and have been part of over 5 organizations. Notably, I held the position of Executive Assistant Director (FBI) under Arvind Sharma sir. This experience has given me a deep understanding of law enforcement procedures, leadership and administrative responsibilities. I am confident this background will allow me to lead effectively and guide others.
2. I aim to support and guide junior officers by helping them grow within the organization. I can train them in proper roleplay (RP) techniques, ensuring they understand the core concepts and can perform accurate and realistic RP in various situations. This will create a more professional and immersive environment for everyone.
3. I am committed to maintaining high RP standards among officers. I will consistently encourage fair, realistic and creative RP while discouraging rule breaking or poor practices. I believe in building a respectful and disciplined team that upholds the true spirit of roleplay.

To improve roleplay in the organization, I suggest implementing regular training sessions that focus on various RP scenarios and rules. Encouraging feedback and discussion among members will also help improve overall RP quality. Promoting teamwork, professionalism and fair play should be a top priority. In addition, clear communication, proper command structure and strict adherence to RP rules will help the organization run smoothly and enhance the
overall RP experience for everyone. I will perform various weekly meeting if the my agents started making many mistakes . I will give bonus every 1 time in a week and I will make strict rules for the agents so that they can be alert that if they make any type of mistakes then what can be happened.
