2. Why do you want to be a leader for government organisation ?
✓ i want to lead government to ensure it runs with discipline, professionalism and real time decision making many times government lack seriousness or proper structure. I am fix that by insurance officers perform duties with full Rp intent
And i have knowledge and experience about government.
✓ As a government leader I plan to stronger connection with PD, FBI, army and other legal organisation I'll implanting regular joint meetings and operations to improve cooperation reduce conflict and make RP more immersive and coordinated.
✓ I will be introducing new training and briefing session for new members and ensuring promotion are based on their rp skills. This will improve the organisation overall quality and give new players a chance to learn and grow in a high RP environment.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay in organization:
∆ introduce mandatory daily briefings and role based assignment to give every member a proper Purpose.
∆ post weekly rp drill like a court sessions, public event, or press conference to make the organisation feel alive
∆ maintain a strict punishment and reward system to ensure discipline without toxicity.
∆ encourage creative RP from members and collaborate with other organisation to build large scale legal RP scenarios.
∆ a small units responsible for monitoring corruption, mismanagement, aur illegal activities within the government this adds depth to legal RP and increases transparency within the organisation.
∆ allow civilians to join government. It enhances realism and give non org player away to interact with government RP in meaningful way.
