1. Prior Experience as Deputy Leader
I have already served as the Deputy Leader of Inferno, which has given me deep insight into the gang’s internal system, structure, and working style. I understand how to manage members, handle situations during turf wars, and maintain discipline within the organization. This experience puts me in a strong position to lead effectively.

Inferno has a unique identity and reputation in the city, and I feel personally connected to it. I want to preserve its legacy while also taking it to the next level. As a former deputy, I’ve seen the highs and lows of the gang, and I am committed to building a strong and active team that can dominate in both RP and criminal activities.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
We should plan our activities in a way that feels natural and makes sense in the RP world, like proper setups for robberies, deals, or gang meetings.
Helping new or less experienced members learn proper RP, commands, and behavior will improve the overall standard of the gang.
Members should avoid mixing OOC (out of character) talk during serious RP scenes to keep immersion strong.
Creating ranks and giving => responsibilities helps everyone stay involved and understand their role in the gang.
Encouraging members to be active and involved in gang events keeps RP alive and prevents the gang from feeling inactive.
Trying different scenarios like kidnappings, drug trades, secret meetings, or alliances with other gangs can make RP more fun and dynamic.
Strict discipline and rule-following – Members must respect server rules, avoid rule-breaking, and represent the gang in a clean and
strong way.
