1. Why do you want to become an assistant? Since I really enjoy serving others and making a place where everyone—including new to RP or experienced—may have a great time, I want to be an assistant. I still recall when I first started RP; I made plenty of mistakes just because I didn't completely understand the guidelines. Still, the neighborhood was understanding with me. Without violating RP, they guided, taught, and made my experience fun. I wish to do this for others as well now. Like I was, I think it's my turn to pay back and assist players in feeling welcome and supported. I really respect the commitment of the present team since I have seen how much of a difference a friendly and competent administrative team can produce.
To be with them, help, and also gain knowledge from their experience excites me. I have become rather well-versed in the server's policies, game mechanics, and several kinds of support required over time. Two terms in the government have also helped me develop in terms of leadership, judgment, and under pressure handling of problems. I am a team player, a good communicator, and I am always willing to be there to mentor anyone who requires it. Regardless of their background or experience, everyone deserves respect, in my opinion. My good attitude, dedication, and strong work ethic will enable me to be a useful member of the assistant team and help to improve RP Grand for everyone.

I have most of the doubts so i need to clear them most of the time
4. Is there any IRL problem that prevents you from being active at the moment? I have to study so i can't manage time so i can't be online sometimes for the reason!!
