(Not off topic): Dear Administration,
Sir this is to inform u that First of all they all are Government Employees and the rule SR 1.11 states that without any proper rp situation legal orgs cannot come in ghetto area. Plus we all know when someone kills somebody we get a wanted star on us but as they are in government they are taking advantage of that game feature. Plus they are doing interior killing which is prohibited and they are killing our fam members on spawning point they even don't know what's happening there. Again and again mass killing by government employees which states Fail Rp also. At timespan 15:00 U can see that the player is doing metagaming (MG). He is connected on vc in discord. At timespan span there member Queen Sennora (Used Fl in org chat) which is also a rule break. Its our private property we can come any time NLR doesn't apply here. Plus they are killing again and again on spawing point.
Thanks for reading.
I am writing to respond to a recent complaint that has been submitted against us. Upon reviewing the content of the report, I would like to highlight several inaccuracies, false claims, and misleading interpretations of RP rules which need to be addressed:
---
1. Misinterpretation of SR 1.11:
> “The rule SR 1.11 states that without any proper RP situation legal orgs cannot come in ghetto area.”
- Reality:
SR 1.11 does not completely ban legal orgs from entering ghetto. It restricts entry without an RP reason. In our case, we had a valid RP situation, including intel about criminal activity in the area, which was being responded to. There was no violation of SR 1.11.
---
2. Misleading Use of Wanted System:
> “They are killing people and not getting wanted stars because they are in government.”
- Reality:
This is a misunderstanding of the in-game wanted system. Government employees, such as police or SWAT, do not receive wanted levels when performing duties (e.g., neutralizing threats during an operation). This is a game mechanic, not abuse. Every action taken was within RP duty.
---
3. Interior and Spawn Killing Accusation:
> “They are doing interior killing and killing members at spawn point.”
- Reality:
The area referred to was actively being used by gang members to fire from cover. Once hostile actions start, the location becomes part of an active RP zone. Also, no one was killed immediately upon spawning. We waited and confirmed engagement before taking action. The claim of "spawn killing" is an exaggeration.
---
4. Mass Killing = Fail RP?
> “Again and again mass killing by government employees which states Fail RP also.”
- Reality:
All government actions were part of organized RP raids or tactical responses. We followed protocols and ensured clear RP lead-ins before engaging. Multiple deaths don’t automatically count as “mass RDM” if they are part of an RP scenario. This is an attempt to misuse the Fail RP term.
---
5. False Metagaming Accusation (15:00 Timestamp):
> “The player is connected on Discord VC.”
- Reality:
No proof has been submitted (e.g., screen recording with audio) to confirm any metagaming via Discord. Being on Discord does not prove MG unless there is evidence that in-game actions were being influenced by out-of-character communication.
---
6. Misuse of “/fl” in Org Chat:
> “Queen Sennora used /fl in org chat which is a rule break.”
- Reality:
If this happened, it may have been an accidental misuse or a momentary slip. Even then, a single chat message does not determine the entire RP was invalid or rule-breaking — unless there was continued abuse, which is not proven.
---
7. NLR Misunderstanding:
> “NLR doesn’t apply here. It’s private property.”
- Reality:
Even on private property, NLR (New Life Rule) still applies after death. You cannot return to the fight or scene immediately unless you have valid RP to do so. Claiming immunity to NLR due to location is incorrect and misleading.
---

Conclusion:
This complaint appears to be a reaction to a well-executed RP scenario by legal org members. The report is emotionally driven, filled with assumptions, and contains little to no factual or rule-based evidence. We request the administration to examine logs, videos, and context thoroughly before taking any action.
Thank you for your time and fair judgment.
