Additional information
1. Leader for - Liberty
2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
Ans - 1. Genuine Dedication Backed by Experience
I’ve been part of Liberty Gang for a long time and have grown to care deeply about its future. Having served as UD and HC across different teams—Liberty and Los Nomadas—I’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t. That experience has taught me how to handle pressure, build a strong unit, and keep members engaged. I’m not here to lead just for the title—I’m here because I truly believe Liberty Blue can become something bigger and better, and I’m ready to help push it forward.
2. Roleplay That Sets Us Apart
One thing I’ve noticed—both from being inside Liberty and working with other gangs—is that not all gangs take roleplay seriously. Many times, RP gets pushed aside for quick wins or shortcuts. I want Liberty Blue to be different. Every action we take should feel like part of a story, not just a job. Whether it’s planning a heist, holding down turf, or even settling internal conflicts, I’ll make sure it’s handled with creativity, immersion, and meaning.
3. Growth Through Unity and Strategy
A strong gang isn’t built overnight—it takes time, strategy, and people who believe in the same goals. I plan to organize regular operations with clear objectives, while also focusing on developing our members. This includes helping new players understand rules, guiding them through proper RP, and making sure everyone feels like a valuable part of the crew. We won’t just grow in numbers—we’ll grow in strength, respect, and influence.

3. Your advice for improving RoleP
lay in the organization.
Ans :
1. Weekly IC + OOC Briefings
I’ll implement weekly sessions where members come together to catch up on everything—from storyline updates and turf status to gang direction and individual character arcs. These meetings will start IC to keep roleplay strong and then shift OOC to discuss plans, give feedback, and make sure everyone is aligned behind the scenes.
2. Strengthened Internal Structure
We’ll maintain a strong, well-organized chain of command where every member knows their role and who to turn to. Clear ranks and duties won’t just improve communication, they’ll also support better immersion and discipline during RP situations—whether it’s during conflict or daily operations.
3. Meaningful IC Recruitment
Every new recruit will be introduced through an in-character process—interviews, observation, and initiations. This helps maintain high RP standards, filters out unserious players, and gives recruits a real sense of earning their place in the gang, not just “joining.”
4. Skill-Based Role Assignments
Each member will be assigned specific IC roles based on what they enjoy or do best—be it intel gathering, combat support, driving, or negotiation. Giving everyone a purpose helps develop characters, sparks fresh storylines, and strengthens team dynamics.
5. Ongoing Character Missions
Members will receive small-scale, IC missions throughout the week—some tied to gang business, others to personal development. These could be investigating enemies, running logistics, or handling internal disputes. It keeps RP active and layered while contributing to the gang’s long-term narrative.
6. Bonus and Reward Initiatives
To keep activity strong, members who attend events or contribute to the gang’s progress will receive bonuses—money, gear, or recognition. Many players are motivated by earnings, and this system ensures their RP efforts are rewarded, encouraging others to step up as well.
