I Wanna Become the leader of this specific organisation because :
• Basically, I want to gain some knowledge and experience as an leader I wanna know the responsibility of a leader , becoming a leader I will come to face diffrent challenges which make me more powerful. As an leader , I will came to know with different roleplays situations and gang situations. I enjoyed being in gangs and complete all the events carefully and usually I attend all the events by enjoying the roleplay , After becoming a leader, i will face many difficulty which make my thinking and mind more sharp.
• Working on a good post in different gangs make me more applicable for this post , I worked as under deputy of vipers, this let me gain my confidence for leading an organisation, By becoming under deputy I am familiar with all the works I have as an leader.
• I have a good knowledge about the roleplay cause I have worked in different roleplays on higher post , becoming a deputy I know all the the internal gang rules and I have a good knowledge about all the Roleplay terms and all the terms important for an leader.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay
in the organization.
Basically I have many ideas for improving Roleplay in the organisation, here are some :
• I will organise daily training and kidnapping camps.
• High command rank will only be given to experienced players.
• No one can join without giving interview , if anyone will do so , he/she will get punishment or demotion.
• Gang will be fully fair and professional cause it's important for becoming the best gang.
• I will ensure the daily attendance of the members in all the events.
• Their will be no rules breaking and the members are knowledgeable.
I will also try to avoid some comman Rules breaks likes Capture rules, Event rules.
