Recently a player was provoking me and moved ic situation into ooc like i got banned in ic for GR 1.4 and i was just looking at the chats of government section then i saw that dyuti krushna isn't behaving good with members and when i replied there he said that banned Player shouldn't chat here as i got banned in IC and he is moving that situation and insulting me on OOC then i maked forum but leo sir didn't punished him for GR 6.10 only punished for Provoking
