Sir, there was an advertisement of a guy who was selling car cases. When I asked the location, he asked me to come ghetto. I was about to make the deal when a government officer named Ashish came there in a government car. He had also come for the deal of the car case. Then there was competition between him and me for getting the car case. He offered a government job to the seller so that he could get that car case. Sir, he has even accepted himself that this is a government car. He has also shown its ID. Sir, this is a clear rule break. I request you to review it once again.

I request you to take these points into consideration.

1) As par rules State Employees can't go ghetto without valid rp reason (SR 1.11) in the pov he show his id so it's crystal clear he is gov high command and he is come in gheeto area without valid reason. ( Pov Time 3:02)

2) state employees cannot use official vehicles for personal use (SR 5.10) and you see in pov sir he come with gov car and he also accept he used gov car (Pov Time 9:05)
